Our expanding company Wono is seeking to hire an operations associate to join our leadership team. You will assist our operations manager and provide support for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions and development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
2. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
3. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
4. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
5. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
6. Work with senior stakeholders
7. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
8. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission and plan for short and long-term goals
9. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
10. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
11. Support worker communication with the management team
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Excellent communication skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,90,000 - 5,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
