Wono is a direct and online P2P platform designed exclusively for the exchange of property and services between individuals. In other words, Wono combines the fast and easy online functions of sites like Airbnb, Turo, and Upwork in a way that utilizes its technology to become an active participant in the rapidly growing & economic marketplace of sharing and exchanging services.
About the job
Wono has expanded and has offices in the United States and Europe. We need help managing our offices and making sure everyone/everything is moving smoothly. In 2020, we opened up our new office in Europe. We are looking for someone to lead it.

Key responsibilities:

1. Answering incoming emails and delivering world-class service to our customers
2. Coordinating appointments/meetings and managing staff calendars & schedules
3. Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for our C-level employees
4. Purchasing office supplies and equipment online
5. Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts
6. Creating presentations and other management-level reports

Note: You will be responsible for the general operations of our virtual office. Duties will involve answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies via the internet, booking meetings, organizing calendar for C-level, and ensuring maximum productivity. You will be required to create presentations, produce management-level reports, and work with our office manager in Boston to collaborate and ensure both offices are running efficiently and we keep expanding.

CTC: 5.1 - 6.1 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional Information

Please note that the compensation will be distributed on a bi-weekly basis and the applicants will be coordinating with the team based out of Boston, Massachusetts USA. This is a contract position and after 3 months, the candidates will be converted to a full-time position with additional benefits.

Work timings: Wono functions in the Eastern timezone but for this position, the candidate will be able to work remotely in their current timezone.
