Operations Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform repetitive tasks that will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions based on guidelines provided in the standard operating procedures (SOPs)
2. Compare each task against specifications outlined in SOPs
3. Perform tasks using fair judgment in understanding instructions provided by the top management
4. Establish and evolve formal QA processes ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
5. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
6. Lead and mentor QA team members
7. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated)
8. Plan, create and manage the overall quality planning strategy
9. Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
10. Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
11. Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
12. Create reports to track progress
13. Formulate strategies to increase productivity
14. Analyze data and prepare and present reports and metrics to the senior management in order to find areas for growth
15. Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
16. Oversee continuous improvement projects and identify key KPIs for product quality
17. Record data based on daily work using spreadsheets
