About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining working relationships with new and existing authors
2. Assisting potential authors in understanding and using our publishing platform
3. Assessing and helping authors choose the services and publishing options suitable for them
4. Ensuring author s projects are successfully delivered on time and within budget
5. Providing post-publishing support to authors
6. Working with the editors and designers to deliver services to the authors

Other requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, especially over e-mail and telephone

Comfortable with e-mails, internet, MS Word, and Excel

Ability to learn new software

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
