Key responsibilities:

1. Work on Python or Go
2. Work with databases
3. Work in an agile & intensely iterative software development process
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms, and products
5. Dive into difficult problems and solve them
6. Work on Linux/Unix and scripting languages
7. Help improve our code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews
8. Work on MERN stack, including HTML5 & CSS3
9. Work on ensuring user experience determines design choices
10. Work on optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
11. Strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design
12. Work on responsive and adaptive design

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year

2. Other incentives: ₹60000 /year
