We are looking for a passionate developer to join our growing Ruby on Rails team. At least one year of experience is required in Ruby/Python - or in similar technologies. Freshers are also welcome if you have written a lot of code before and can share the Github links.
BetaCraft technologies is a remote-first company - so you will be working remotely with the rest of the team. The person must be self-motivated to get work done and also needs to be good at written communication.
Key responsibilities:
1. Write code that is maintainable, readable, and follows good practices
2. Collaborate with team and client to understand requirements and implement those in code
3. Deploy, maintain and optimize Rails apps
4. Review and refactor code
5. Get better at writing good code
