Sales Assistant - IVD Department Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the medical IVD sales team and service team
2. Work on quotation preparation as per the instruction from IVD lab division manager
3. Maintain the folder (electronic) for all quotations, LPO, letters, etc.
4. Maintain the DO, IV folder (electronic) with acknowledgment details
5. Maintain the order status file and follow up on regular basis on placing order-delivery on time
6. Maintain SO file with costing as required by the management
7. Help to prepare the order to the principal company by taking stock status, LPO pending status, and movement
8. Manage logging calls in Mindray CRM
9. Upload PPM planner details in Google Drive
10. Upload the installation database in Google Drive
11. Upload spare part consumed details in Google Drive
12. Maintain service contract details
13. Maintain service log details, MOH fax received, etc.
14. Follow up for spare part orders, AMC, quotations, etc.
15. Work on updating stock, movement & pending LPO details of Mindray reagents in Excel template, while preparing PO
