About the job
We're looking for passionate people who can help us realize it and grow immensely along with the company as we get into the hyper-growth phase. We're looking for business/sales development folks who are highly energetic, proactive, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify worthy prospects, navigate a high volume of signups and proactively reach out to them
2. Set up appointments/web demonstrations with the appropriate onboarding/support team members to understand customer use cases, set up their accounts accordingly
3. Stay responsible for new customer acquisition with the exceptional first experience
4. Manage the handover of prospects' pain points/business cases to the customer support team with rich context

Who can apply

1. Ability to learn and collaborate with a team remotely

2. A passion for talking to people, curiosity for understanding their unique business needs, and showing them how to 10X their business

3. Excellent relationship, communication, and influence skills

4. Consultative and solutions-oriented mindset

5. Previous experience as an outbound SDR, BDR in SaaS/travel space

6. Understanding of tourism industry structure

7. Proactive and task-oriented

8. Adaptive in new technologies and working knowledge of CMS & CRM systems

9. Ability and experience in handling high volume inbound leads over email and calls

10. Outbound experience of account planning/prioritization, researching, and outbound prospecting is an added bonus

11. Must have a high sense of work ethic, integrity, and adaptable mindset to deal with the dynamics of startup life

12. Ability to translate client pain points into a possible product solution

13. Exceptional communication skills both written and spoken

14. Willing to learn new technology, ability to understand user personas & their pain points

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 LPA (All fixed)
