About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive new business by researching prospects & reaching out via email, phone, and qualifying opportunities
2. Convert and qualify marketing inbound leads from initial outreach to qualified sales opportunity
3. Perform client-need analysis & track their pain points to develop a reach-out strategy
4. Work on creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests
5. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals
6. Manage the sales funnel while interacting with prospective clients and maintain relationships for re-marketed prospects

Other requirements

Have done any business development/sales internships will be preferred

Can join full time

Have completed graduation/post-graduation

Commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales and business development

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with complex learning requirements

Industry experience in analytics/data science is a plus

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Confident on the phone, professional, and articulate

Organized, reliable, and persistent with a competitive spirit

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 400000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 100000 /year
