DashIn is looking for a full-stack engineer to join and lead a team building cutting-edge technology to transform the way the salaried class access capital. From day 1 of your job, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on and take charge of our pilot and beta launches. The project is based on the PERN (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, and Node.js) stack on the backend & React Native on the front end.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build robust and scalable software in Node.js
2. Help improve our code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews
3. Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution
4. Translate designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
5. Work on the database administration and management of a hosting environment
6. Work on unit testing with Karma and version control with GitHub
7. Work on front end development, back end development, and full-stack development
Probation Details: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which you will be paid 40% of the salary amount.
Only computer science graduates would be preferred
Familiarity with API creation and RESTful services
Familiarity with PERN (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, and Node.js) stack
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
Interest in system architecture
Passion for getting things done
Should be experienced, but you also like to learn new things
Should have recent hands-on coding
Solid OOP (functional is much appreciated) and software design knowledge (you should know how to create software that’s extensible, reusable, and meets desired architectural objective)
Experience with scripting languages like Python (Django is a bonus)
Proficient in Kotlin and Swift (for Android and iOS devices) and Google Firebase
Should have a product background (not service)
Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 - 12,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
While this is an individual contributor role, you’ll be involved in many aspects helping evolve our existing architecture, working with teams to improve operations, and implementing new features and functionality.
