This is a business-focused role with responsibilities of revenue, sales, and marketing. You will be expected to do analysis to achieve the goals. The goals will be business focused.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with the CEO/CRO to drive important strategy decisions
2. Work with an engineering/tech counterpart
3. Think of business problems and write code to analyze it
4. Make sense out of raw data in databases
5. Do competitive and industry research in the field of lending, risk, and credit cards
6. Drive revenue, sales, and marketing growth
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
