About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
2. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
3. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
4. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
5. Completing paperwork for new hirings
6. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
7. Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation & regulations and enforcing them within the company
8. Providing recruitment reports to team managers

Wono has grown to 20,000+ users. Our team has been on a growth spree hiring more internal members to meet demand. Wono is looking for an additional dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. You will monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.

CTC: 5.1 - 6.1 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

5 days a week
Additional Information

Please note that the compensation will be distributed on a bi-weekly basis and the applicants will be coordinating with the team based out of Boston, Massachusetts USA. This is a contract position and after 3 months, the candidates will be converted to a full-time position with additional benefits.

Work timings: Wono functions in the Eastern timezone but for this position, the candidate will be able to work remotely in the current timezone.
