Wono is looking for an additional dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. You will monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.

Additional information
Please note that the compensation will be distributed on a bi-weekly basis and the applicants will be coordinating with the team based out of Boston, Massachusetts USA. This is a contract position and after 3 months, the candidates will be converted to a full-time position with additional benefits.
Work timings: Wono functions in the Eastern timezone but for this position, the candidate will be able to work remotely in the current timezone.
