Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the duties of the ed-tech sales & maximize bookings by delivering a delightful yet efficient booking via tele-calling
2. Work on ensuring that every detail of a customer s booking has been accurately recorded following established procedures
3. Work on booking leads over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
4. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers
5. Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting (talk time: 3.5 hours/day (mandatory))
6. Work on maintaining follow-up and regular feedback calls
7. Deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, and internet inquiries

Ability to speak Hindi and English fluently & knowing the regional language will be an advantage
Good with Excel and handling data
0-2 years of work experience
Experience in sales/customer-facing role/marketing will be an advantage
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
