About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
3. Present our company to potential prospects
4. Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
5. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
6. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
7. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
8. Report to the sales manager on sales results
Skill(s) required

Who can apply

1. Proven work experience as a sales development representative, sales account executive or similar role

2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach

3. Track record of achieving sales quotas

4. Experience working with a CRM

5. Fair understanding of sales performance metrics

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

7. Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: 10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
