About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending customer's calls
2. Helping customers with their queries
3. Giving customers a product walkthrough
4. Reporting bugs to the product team
5. Updating customer's account details
6. Managing customer accounts
7. Communicating with other sales team members
8. Working with other sales team members to convert free to paid customers
9. Working on user CRM tools to keep track of customer conversations and status
