This role is a direct sales role where you directly interact with leads and focus on closing them. You will be working directly with the founders and be trained and mentored under their wing.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling sales operations and assisting with direct sales calls to potential clients
2. Managing the sales team and assisting with lead funnels with follow-ups via email and messaging
3. Managing and tracking potential sales leads and managing inquiry mails and messages
4. Thinking of ways to optimize the lead funnel and increasing closing efficiency
5. Brainstorming ways to generate more leads
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
