About Prarang
Prarang is a mass education venture focused on cities & communication in local languages. It enters each city by curating daily hyper-local content specific to each city, in its mother-tongue & digitally delivering it through social media, Android app, and email to active internet users in each city, every day - all 365 days of the year. The daily content for each city typically takes between 5 minutes to 12 minutes of reading time only & always uses relevant photos & videos. The daily content of our organization aggregates over a year on a city-portal which becomes the one-stop digital gateway for all e-services ( B2B, B2C, and G2C) for the city & also acts as a city knowledge repository (encyclopedia) about the city. Our city portal provides information useful for city residents including weather forecasts, maps, news, entertainment, job opportunities, yellow pages, etc. on a single page, through tie-ups with partners.
About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Achieving monthly & daily sales targets of digital ads orders (of 4 districts)
2. Managing sales & telecallers/field agents
3. Convincing sales leads & prospects via traditional advertising methods (newspapers, billboards, radio, etc.)
4. Working on digital advertising for Prarang (website, FB & social media pages & app)

Who can apply

1. Understanding of management fundamentals (sales & marketing, finance, HR, operations, and strategy)

4. Understanding of the state & district economics/GDP (Uttar Pradesh)


CTC: 4 - 5 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%
