About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with targeted accounts and generate interest in the identified offerings
2. Develop relationships with key personnel in client accounts to the point of becoming a trusted advisor for training needs
3. Call prospects in response to direct mailing or broadcast emails from a marketing event and ensure that identified target logos are there in each marketing event
4. Follow-up on phone inquiries and information requests sent to the customer service department
5. Work directly with the senior sales heads to penetrate the account
6. Achieve the number of meetings and telecom monthly targets

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
