Any bachelor’s degree with 2 years of work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to easily align with the small close-knit team across functions like marketing, admissions & outreach, & academics
Flexibility in the work being done
The incumbent will be dealing with a dynamic team and environment, and hence, would need to adapt and learn quickly
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 93%
2. Variable component: 7%
