About the job

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning and executing all of the digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
2. Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence
3. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
5. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
6. Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
7. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizing the user experience
8. Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
9. Working on instrument conversion points and optimizing user funnels
10. Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners globally
11. Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
12. Receiving mentorship directly from CEO of Blue Ocean Global Technology, Sameer Somal based in the USA
13. Working on real-time client projects for our global clients

Other requirements

Should have or pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in marketing or a related field

Should have proven work experience in digital marketing of at least 6-15 months

Should have demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Should be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Should have experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel

Should have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Net Insight, Omniture, and Webtrends)

Should have experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

Should have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Should have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Should have communication skills

Should have skills in social media marketing, digital marketing, LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 5,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
