Key responsibilities:

1. Provide tech support for fintech applications
2. Monitor applications for performance and uptime and coordinate with the web infrastructure team to ensure system availability
3. Identify application bottlenecks and breakages and resolve them through manual methods or by running automated scripts to maintain application availability
4. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to communicate the status of support activities and report the progress of the same

Other requirements

Computer science graduates would be preferred

Flexibility to work for 6 days/week

Skill requirements: Java, any of the development tools (JavaScript/Node.js/AngularJS), any of the DBs (MySQL), and Restful APIs

Ability to trace logs and triage server issues & systems alerts and provide on-call support

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work with operations teams in triaging issues and root cause analysis

Should have worked on some good academic projects during academics or internships

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹17,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
