About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work full-time as a teacher in the assigned private or government school
2. Design and execute strategies that will drive holistic learning outcomes in the classrooms they are placed in
3. Work closely and foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, school staff, parents of the students, volunteers, community members, and others involved in the ecosystem
4. Hold the lens of reflection, empathy, and excellence in every work
5. Contribute to the learning and development of the co-fellows & peers and the larger movement through sessions and training spaces
6. Reflect and course correct, wherever necessary, through the leadership development journey by engaging in dialogue with the necessary partners/managers/staff

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,26,000 - 3,83,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Other incentives: 20%
