About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with the leaders to drive customer experience through the formulation of our SaaS platform applications UI/UX strategy and designs
2. Work on product management to define a UI/UX roadmap for all features and releases
3. Establish workflows and UI/UX designs based on best practices and frameworks to deliver customer-centric solutions
4. Plan and support the implementation of the design vision
5. Participate in UX user group sessions to gather critical customer feedback on our SaaS solutions across all phases of the customer journey
6. Conduct user research in support of the roadmap vision to validate and refine with user-driven metrics

Other requirements

0-2 years of UX design-related experience with a portfolio that shows a concrete understanding of design fundamentals and best practices

Good experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD

Good experience of HTML/CSS and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Semantic UI

Driven & results-oriented individuals focused on execution in a team environment

Ability to articulate user needs into a compelling narrative and able to deliver that vision through designs and workflows

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 320000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 80000 /year
