The area: Customer Success Acceleration
The Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) team (formerly iSMB) is a center of excellence for optimization and product know-how, working collaboratively with the in-market sales teams to drive same store growth of premier Google Marketing Solutions (GMS) advertisers and helping them realize their business goals. Over nearly a decade, we’ve built an organization uniquely equipped to this task. Based out of Hyderabad and Dublin, we are a team of Digital Marketing Strategists that provide consultative and strategic direction to advertisers in GMS.
Our team drives customer success through proactively strategizing with the in-market teams to identify business opportunities, designs holistic and effective online marketing solutions and implements them through basic/advanced search, display, mobile and video optimizations.

The role: Customer Success Acceleration Intern
As a summer intern, you will work on key strategic projects that take on business challenges in the CSA sales support team. Your work will influence the longer-term success of our business, looking at both internal and external drivers to improve our tools, systems and processes.
Engineering Productivity
In this organization, you'll use your software design, analysis and programming skills to create innovative automated test systems. This isn't a job in which you'll simply debug and run test cases, in fact that only scratches the surface. The test team undertakes a broad range of challenges on a daily basis, designing and building intelligent systems that can explore various use cases and scenarios for distributed computing infrastructure. Just imagine trying to design and build an automated testing system for something that's never been done before. There are no textbooks that can help you learn this, which is why we have some of the best and brightest engineers working in this group.
Responsibilities:
- Bring strategic insight to the CSA team
- Develop solutions using robust data and appropriate analysis
- Create an implementation plan that is relevant and deliverable and has key milestones
- Be a self starter and team player. Collaborative, curious and open-minded
Minimum Qualifications:
- Be currently enrolled in an MBA graduate program, with an anticipated graduation date in 2019
- 2-3+ years of experience in working with digital marketing, sales or a customer experience team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical expertise, comfortable working with large datasets
- Strategic problem solving ability - has the necessary skills to take on large, challenging business problems
- Has held a leadership role at university and/or external associations
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with a wide variety of departments
- Strong interest in the Internet and in Google’s products and business
