The role: Google Cloud SMB Partnership Intern
As an Google Cloud Intern on the Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) Partnerships team, you will interface directly with internal cross-functional stakeholders as well as our partners to create a robust training plan (including high quality assets), demand generation strategies and demand gap analysis for community partners in the Indian market. The objective is to provide partners insights into the SMB segment that help them scale their business faster and more efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Research, understand and deploy solutions focused on the SMB segment
  • Be a self starter and team player. Be collaborative, curious and open-minded
  • Bring strategic insight to the Google Cloud team
  • Be apt in B2B sales and technology selling
Minimum qualifications:
  • Be currently enrolled in an MBA graduate program, with an anticipated graduation date in 2019
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing
  • 1-3 years of prior work experience
Preferred qualifications:
  • Technology generalist (i.e. experience with Operating Systems, Web Programming, IT architecture)
  • Held a leadership role at university and/or external associations
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments
  • Strategic problem solving ability
  • Analytical expertise, comfortable working with large data environments
  • Great written, verbal and presentation skills
