The role: YouTube Partnerships Intern
The YouTube Partner Program consists of millions of content creators. This number is growing very quickly and will grow even faster in the coming years. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the Online Partnerships and Development (OPD) team serves YouTube's creators around the world to ensure they have a great experience and achieve success on the platform. Many of these creators are responsible for “what is original” on YouTube and are building the media companies of the future.

India has seen rapid growth in YouTube viewership and have opened up new frontiers for us across Languages & Genres. As an intern, you will help us understand viewership opportunities across these Languages and Genres and help us define robust strategies to manage growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with your host in observing and taking part in a wide variety of people and project management activities
  • Execute special projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services
Minimum qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree, with an anticipated graduation date in 2019
  • 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or operations
Preferred qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-started and independent thinker
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment
  • Strong interest in the Internet and Google’s technology and business
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
