About the internship
The HR Intern is responsible for fostering a performance-driven culture, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance while aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Culture & employee experience: Drive a meritocratic and high-performance culture and ensure seamless onboarding and training for new joiners.
2. Performance management & development: Manage performance cycles, goal-setting, and feedback and facilitate calibration exercises and PIPs for employee growth.
3. Employee relations & compliance: Address workplace concerns while upholding policies and promoting discipline, awareness, and compliance.
4. Strategic HR support: Align HR processes with and provide operational support.
5. Onboarding & offboarding for staff.
