Human Resources (HR) Internship

About the Company:
KPR Techno Software is a fast-growing Staffing company focused on delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services. This internship will offer you exposure to various aspects of our operations, along with mentorship from senior leaders.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. HR Recruiter Intern:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
Post job advertisements on multiple job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
2. HR Operations Intern:
Support the HR team with various day-to-day operational activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports and helping with data analysis for key HR metrics.
3. Business Development Manager Intern:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must have your own laptop and mobile phone for the duration of the internship.

What We Offer:
Stipend: 8,000 - 15,000 per month, based on your performance during the internship.
Internship Certificate: Issued upon successful completion of the internship.
