3D CAD Design Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creatively interpret 2D manual drawings into 3D jewelry CAD models & make modifications along the way
2. Ensure all models created are in keeping with modeling best practices and manufacturing standards (e.g., closed solid objects, minimal object density, model/structure organization, etc.)
3. Plan, create and prepare finished good drawings, and associated technical illustrations for new product concepts
4. Create multiple sized 3D CAD models and multiple colorways based on Designer artwork and project direction
5. Plan, create, develop, and/or maintain presentation-quality artwork including photo-realistic concept renderings
6. Proactively flag critical issues for consideration that may impact manufacturing and/or quality of the final product (e.g., meeting of tolerances, reliability between 3D CAD and final product) when creating and transferring 3D CAD models, and at any point in the production life-cycle
7. Work closely with the designer and the production team
