1. Excellent knowledge of lighting and rendering techniques in the architecture domain
2. Good knowledge of 3Ds max /Maya, V-Ray Plug-in, V-Ray materials
3. Need to have an astute understanding of lighting and the impact to the photorealism of the render
4. Should be proficient in image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings
5. Ability to take feedback and make changes as required
6. Must possess strong time management skills
