1. Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of various 3D printing systems, including FDM, SLA technologies
2. Prepare and process 3D printing files using slicing software, ensuring optimal print quality, material usage, and build parameters
3. Monitor print jobs and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of 3D printers, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and replacing components as needed
4. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to execute test plans, experiments, and validation studies to evaluate new materials, processes, and technologies
5. Document procedures, observations, and results accurately in written reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal review and knowledge sharing
6. Assist in inventory management, including tracking consumables, spare parts, and equipment, and maintaining organized workspaces
7. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to learn about the latest developments in additive manufacturing and related disciplines
8. Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement, workflow optimization, and innovation based on firsthand experience and observations

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field
2. Basic understanding of additive manufacturing principles and processes, with coursework or projects related to 3D printing technology preferred
3. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for the design and preparation of 3D printing files is a plus
4. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment, with a keen attention to detail and quality
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and implement solutions effectively
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
7. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward tackling new challenges and opportunities in additive manufacturing
