Account Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying potential leads for the advertising programs assigned and defining the qualification of individual leads based on predefined criteria
2. Reaching out to qualified potential clients and following up for conversion to generate an ad program business
3. Maintaining and sharing the trackers and reports as per ask of the team and management
4. Working on effective account management of clients that are part of the advertising program from resolving their queries, to settling issues and maintaining healthy business relationships with them
