Account Receivable Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data
2. Generating invoices and account statements
3. Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted and properly posted
4. Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients billing issues
5. Facilitating payment of due invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
6. Performing account reconciliations
7. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
8. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
9. Assisting in general financial management and analysis
10. Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
11. Issuing credit and debit notes
