Operations and Accounting Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. General Operations Management
* Oversee Daily Operations: Manage daily business activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Process Improvement: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Inventory Management

2. Strategic Planning
* Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
* Goal Setting: Set performance goals and ensure that the team meets or exceeds these targets.

3. Financial Management
* Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for various departments or projects.
* Cost Control: Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
* Bookkeeping: Submission of sales, purchase and P&L at the end of every month.

4. Customer Service
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
* Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
