1. Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation using Tally software.
2. Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Collaborate with the accounting team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to aid decision-making.
4. Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions by verifying invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
5. Participate in the preparation of budget forecasts, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient accounting procedures to streamline operations within the department.
7. Assist in various ad-hoc projects, such as audits or financial analysis, to enhance your understanding of accounting principles and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
