Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries. Process invoices and payments promptly.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, monitoring, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
4. Reconciliation: Conduct bank statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
5. Audit Preparation: Support internal and external audit preparations.
6. Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial data, recommending corrective actions.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to support financial planning and initiatives.
8. Compliance: Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure all financial activities comply with legal requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Experience in accounting is a plus
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, time management, and analytical skills
