Accounting & Bookkeeping Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. The candidate will have to update and reconcile bank payments and receipts on a weekly and monthly basis
2. The candidate will have to raise and account for rent invoice, in both company and personal books of accounts, on a monthly basis
3. The candidate will reconcile credit card statements for both company and personal books of accounts
4. The candidate will prepare staff salary every month
5. The candidate will reconcile interpersonal balances on a monthly basis for both company and personal books of accounts
6. The candidate will oversee coordinating with all necessary banks to obtain supporting documents, like bank statements, credit card statements, fixed deposit statements, etc.
7. The candidate will be in charge of overlooking and maintaining all supporting documents pertaining to transfers and payments, i.e. Cheques, NEFT/ RTGS transfer related forms, etc.
8. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all investments made by both the company and personal books of accounts and will also make sure of proper cash flow management with a proactive attitude
