Accounting Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare Audit Documentation: Assist in preparing audit work papers, financial statements, and other necessary documents for audit engagements
2. Conduct Audit Testing: Assist in conducting substantive testing, compliance testing, and other audit procedures under the supervision of senior auditors
3. Perform Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and transactions to identify discrepancies or irregularities
4. Prepare Tax Returns: Assist in preparing income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities
5. Ensure Tax Compliance: Research tax laws and regulations to ensure clients comply with tax requirements
6. Participate in Tax Planning: Contribute to tax planning activities to minimize tax liabilities for clients
7. Assist in Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records including recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and updating ledgers
8. Contribute to Financial Statements: Help in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
9. Reconcile Accounts: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounts to ensure accuracy
