The position is for a 6-month contract, with 1 month of probation and training before moving to full-time. We may include a small technical questionnaire, as we consider this teammate for the long-term future.
1. Gain hands-on experience in accounting practices and procedures within a food manufacturing setup.
2. Learn to manage inward and outward stock registers, sales orders, purchase orders, bills, delivery challans, invoices, payments, vendor credits, returns, and credit notes.
3. Assist in managing receivables and payables efficiently.
4. Utilize Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books for inventory management and accounting tasks.
5. Handle inventory across e-commerce platforms, physical inventory, and warehouse management.
