I. Accounting Support:
1. Assist in maintaining financial records, including invoices, expenses, and receipts
2. Aid in preparing financial reports and statements under the guidance of the accounting team
3. Assist in reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
4. Help with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and filing
II. HR Support:
1. Assist in maintaining employee records and databases
2. Aid in recruitment processes, including job postings and initial screening of candidates
3. Assist in organizing employee orientation and training programs
4. Support the HR team in coordinating employee benefits and maintaining compliance with HR policies
III. Administrative Assistance:
1. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
2. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings and maintaining calendars for team members
3. Help in organizing company events and outings
