About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
2. Support the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements.
3. Help with invoicing, bill payments, and account reconciliation.
4. Participate in audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related tasks.
5 Collaborate with the team to improve internal accounting processes.
6. Prepare financial reports for senior management.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.

3. Strong command of English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with the team and clients.

4. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.

5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

6. Eager to learn, proactive, and a good team player.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per performance basis).
