About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
2. Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficiently
3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
4. Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
5. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documents
6. Provide support during audits and tax filings
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field.

2. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

3. Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite.

4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Prior internship or work experience in accounting is a plus.

8. Certificates such as CPA and CA are desirable but not required.
