Accounts & Admin Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the manager (finance & accounts) with the feeding and reconciliation
2. Frame and type letters to Government departments, suppliers, clients, etc.
3. Develop and maintain a filing system for all documents, brochures, etc.
4. Order office supplies and stationery as and when required
5. Provide general support to visitors
6. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance
7. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating and placing orders for required supplies
8. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
9. Deposit checks and facilitate RTGS/NEFT transfers as and when required
10. Make bookings and travel arrangements as and when required
11. Collect the monthly attendance reports from all branches and put them up for approval
12. Engage with support staff and facilities providers and ensure that they are performing to their expectations
