Accounts and Administration Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible
2. Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management
3. Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns
4. Speak to clients about payments, refunds, and statements
5. Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time
6. Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct

Additional Information:

We are looking for a driven accounting intern with a basic understanding of accounts. Under the supervision of our staff, the accounting intern can expect to participate in the preparation of journal entries and financial reports, analyze actual financial data, learn more about bookkeeping software, and assist with other accounting activities. You should be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking.
