1. MBA/B. Com Graduate freshers or pursuing Bachelor's or Masters in Accounting
2. Hard-working and quick learner
3. High level of efficiency, accuracy & responsibility
4. Understanding of basic bookkeeping & accounting principles
5. Good English written and verbal communication skills required
6. Team player, have the ability to work independently and should be a self-starter
7. Good time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
8. Working knowledge of Excel
9. Must have the highest level of integrity
10. Motivation & strong desire to take new challenges & learn as much as possible
