About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Office coordination & maintenance: Oversee office maintenance, including water, AC, electricity, and furniture, ensuring cleanliness and coordination with vendors such as cleaners and electricians for timely services. Handle issues with building/society management related to security and maintenance.
2. Communication with founders: Coordinate with founders for office needs, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements.
3. Tech support & employee assistance: Provide basic IT support, such as assisting with laptops, phones, and internet, and maintain office tech equipment.
4. Stationery & supplies management: Manage inventory, order supplies, and track deliveries.
5. Document & printing management: Oversee document printing and coordination for meetings, ensuring printer/copier functionality.
6. Asset allocation: Allocate and track office assets such as laptops, phones, and chargers, maintaining accurate records.
7. Travel & hotel arrangements: Book travel, including flights, trains, and hotels, and coordinate with agencies for bookings.
8. ID card management: Manage employee ID card allocation and office access.
9. Vendor invoice coordination: Ensure timely submission of vendor invoices, approvals, and accurate payments.
10. Bookkeeping & reporting: Track office-related expenses, manage petty cash, and assist in reporting.
11. Logistics & courier services: Manage deliveries, coordinate with couriers (e.g., We Fast, Porter), and track office packages.
12. Reimbursement: Create reimbursement folders each month, and check proof and calculations.
13. Assisting in the interview process: Assist candidates by providing interview forms and supporting the interview process.
