About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling inquiries through walk-ins, telephonic conversations, emails, etc.
2. Initiating telesales calls for follow-ups and closure of sales bookings
3. Coordinating with the service team for post-sale processes
4. Maintaining a daily sales report
5. Managing inquiries in a database for future follow-ups and regularly sending emails on new offers
6. Ensuring minimal risk exposure for the organization by conducting all necessary due diligence
7. Attending to customer escalations and resolving them in a timely manner
