We are looking for a admin intern. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has help and support and as they intern in the role they will learn about building management and day to day admin tasks.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2. Supervise housekeeping and Security Services for efficiency
3. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
4. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
5. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
6. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
7. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
8. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
9. Organize employee engagement Events at office
10. Clear bills and payments
11. Vendor management
12. Study and suggest cost reduction for admin related activities
13. Find solutions and setting new processes to automate admin related works
14. Assist colleagues whenever necessary

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 18th Sep'19 and 18th Oct'19
3. are available for duration of 6 months
