1. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
2. Prepare reports and presentations using MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint to support team projects.
3. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders in written and spoken English.
4. Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
5. Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering.
6. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
7. Provide general support to the office manager and other staff members as needed.
