We Royal Rider Bus rental Dubai are looking for an experienced and motivated Transportation Supervisor to oversee our company's transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, supervising drivers, ensuring efficient transportation scheduling, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supervise and manage daily operations of the transportation team, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching of drivers.
2. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
3. Coordinate with clients to understand their transportation needs and provide efficient solutions.
4. Manage the maintenance and repair schedule for all vehicles to ensure they are in safe and working condition.
5. Train, coach, and evaluate drivers and transportation staff to improve performance and maintain service quality.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, such as driver logs, mileage reports, and vehicle inspections.
7. Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and optimize route planning to reduce operational costs.
8. Handle customer complaints, investigate incidents, and resolve any transportation-related issues promptly.
